In association with Medica Superspecialty Hospital, kolkata, Rangpur Community Medical College Hospital organized a free seminar on Diabetes along with the way of monitoring patients’ diabetes on 22 April, 2017. A remarkable number of participants from home and abroad were present in the event. Various fields related to Diabetes were focused in the seminar. Dr. Kaushik Biswas, Consultant (MBBS, MD in General Medicine, DM in Endocrinology) from Medica Superspecialty Hospital presented the important and significant diabetic related papers in various sessions. Our honourable directors were present in this event and helped to inaugurate and flourish the seminar for the participants. The main attraction of the meeting was the spectrum of its contents in which down to earth practical and clinical discussions were balanced with basic scientific presentations. The Seminar provided a unique environment for socialization and interaction among physicians, researchers and health care activists in the region along with the diabetes patients and common people who joined this seminar.
